UPCOMING EVENTS: 

Launch of MuNet e-Government in Guatemala

 This event aims to start the implementation of MuNet e-Gov Guatemala Program in fifty municipalities of the country seeking the modernization of public management trough e-Government strategies. The participating municipalities will adopt the information and communication technologies (ICTs) as key allies in their e-Government strategies seeking to increase their efficiency, transparency, citizen participation and contribute to the social and economic development of the region.

e-Government Workshop for Mayors of Guatemala

The workshop aims to provide and define a roadmap that leads the municipalities toward the benefits of the Knowledge Society; in order to improve municipal management, services and relation with citizens. This workshop counts with the participation of e-Government experts and mayors that are leaders in the ITCs insertion of their communities to the Knowledge Society.

Participants

Participants of this workshop are: mayors, municipality’s managers and local authorities of the MuNet e-Government municipalities.
