MuNet e-Government Program was implemented in the Municipality of David during the administration of Mayor Francisco Vigil and in the Municipality of San Miguelito during the administration of Mayor Héctor Carrasquilla.

MuNet in the Municipality of David

Since the beginning of the Program, the MuNet Manager in the municipality was Enix Marvel Valdéz Ríos who, along with the MuNet team, received the training course on e-Government.

Before the arrival of MuNet e-Government in this municipality, David did not count with a municipal portal but with a blog of activities: http://cibernariumciudaddavid.blogspot.com/

They successfully implemented MuniPortal and developed a Website with a Content Management Center (CMS) in Joomla. Today their URL, is http://www.municipiodavid.gob.pa

 

 
MuNet in the Municipality of San Miguelito

The MuNet Manager in San Miguelito was Camilo Mong. Although the municipality counted with a MuNet team who received the training course on e-Government strategy, the e-government strategy for the Municipality of San Miguelito was not designed nor implemented the e-Muni toolkit.
