Special Meeting of the CIC   Plenary Meetings/First Plenary Meeting/Second Plenary Meeting/ Special Plenary Meeting/ Third Plenary Meeting A Special Meeting of the Inter-American Committee on Culture (CIC), was convened for March 28, 2006 in Washington, D.C. The purpose of the meetings was to begin the preparatory process for the Third Inter-American Meeting of Ministers of Culture and Highest Appropriate Authorities that took place in November 2006 in Montreal, Canada, and to review the CIC 2006-2007 Work Plan prepared by the CIC Authorities.
