The MuNet e-Government program was implemented in the Municipalities of Azogues and Cuenca.

 

MuNet in the Municipality of Azogues

The manager for MuNet team in Azogues was Víctor González. The officials that integrated the team, received a seven (7) week training course on e-Government Strategies which later served for the team to design and implement an e-Government strategy for the Municipality of Azogues.
 
With the use of MuniPortal, the municipality was able to create their own Website:

 

MuNet in the Municipality of Cuenca

 During the administration of Mayor Hugo Marcelo Cabrera, the MuNet team was formed and manager for the team was Alvaro Mejía. The MuNet e-Gov team in Cuenca received too a seven (7) week training course on e-Government Strategies that allowed them later on to design their own e-Government strategy.

Although they did not implement the e-Muni toolkit, they made various technical tests for their e-Government projects.
