In Colombia, the MuNet e-Government Program was implemented in Municipality of Soacha and in the Municipality of Capitanejo.

MuNet in the Municipality of Soacha

Since the begging of the program, the MuNet Soacha Manager was Yenny Haidith González Lozada. Both the MuNet team in Soacha and manager received a seven (7) week course on e-Government Strategies. Later on and together with the supervision of a MuNet e-Gov consultant, Soacha designed an e-Government strategy.

Before MuNet e-Gov, the Municipality did not count with a Website. The team initiated the execution of MuniPortal but was later cancelled due to a change in administration.

MuNet in the Municipality of Capitanejo

 
The Manager for MuNet in capitanejo was Marleny Ojeda Godoy. The MuNet team and manager received a seven (7) week training course on e-Government strategies and with the assistance of a MuNet e-Gov consultant, the Municipality of Capitanejo designed their own e-Government strategy.
